Automated Coating Process

The 10Q™ robot, developed by Qlayers (link to the website), is the industry's first automated coating robot that can apply protective coating on storage tank exteriors in a fast, safe and highly efficient manner, without overspray. This innovative robotic solution enables asset owners and coating contractors to have full control over every aspect of the automated painting process and increase the efficiency and safety of tank maintenance projects.


Since 2020, the 10Q™ robot (link to the 10Q webpage) has been deployed in many full field tests and commercial projects in Europe, North America and Singapore at many large renowned tank storage companies.
